I ordered trophies for an event, and they showed up right when they were supposed to... no delays, no mix-ups, nothing stressful. i was happy with how smooth and reliable the whole delivery was

My order arrived later than I expected. Annoying. But it did show up eventually, and everything was okay, so I can’t complain too much.

I can’t remember if it got here earlier than I expected or if I just lost track of the shipping dates, but either way, it arrived in perfect shape. Everything was wrapped nicely, nothing was scratched, and nothing was rattling around in the box. I was a little nervous since trophies can be easy to mess up in transit, but they did a great job. I’d definitely order again

The personalization came out exactly how I wanted, and I didn’t run into any issues. it’s nice when a company actually does what they say they’re going to do, that should be the standard.

Ordering was fine. Not amazing, not terrible. I found what I needed eventually, but a few of the options had me clicking around for a bit before I figured out what was going on. Checkout itself was easy enough. Confirmation email came through fast too. So yeah, overall it worked. Just feels like it could be smoother, especially if you’re trying to order more than one thing.

I had an issue with my order and customer service helped me get it fixed fast. The person I spoke with was nice and didn’t turn it into a huge hassle, which I really appreciated. if it had been handled poorly I probably would’ve just stopped ordering from them, but they took care of it and I’m happy with how it turned out

I ordered a few trophies from crownawards.com, and I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but they seem solid so far. One of them got dropped by my kid, and somehow it didn’t crack or chip or anything. The engraving still looks nice too. For the price, I’m happy with how durable they seem to be.

Bought trophies from here again, and the quality was still decent like last time. Nothing fancy, but they looked good and did the job. Shipping felt a little slooower this time though, which was kind of a bummer. Still an okay experience overall.

I ended up having to return an award because I ordered the wrong size, which was totally my mistake. i already had a good feeling about the company, and this pretty much confirmed it. Customer service got back to me quickly, and the refund showed up a few days later. No hassle at all

I ordered a few awards for our little soccer team, the custom options were really easy to figure out. I changed the text, picked the size, and added our logo without any trouble at all. Everything showed up looking just like the preview, which was super nice. The prices were fair too. I’d definitely use crownawards.com again

It took a bit longer than I expected, but overall it was still "fine" and everything worked out in the end.
